According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), on March 21, unknown gunmen had shot at 28-year-old man in Turigam area of Kulgam in south Kashmir, leaving him critically injured. The youth was identified as Waseem Ahmad son of Muhammad Amin at Turigam this evening. Waseem had suffered serious bullet wounds. A doctor at SKIMS told KNO that the youth succumbed early morning today.
